Arrow Vale RSA Academy became an RSA sponsored academy in September 2012. Arrow Vale recently became the first high school in Redditch to be graded outstanding by Ofsted, and achieved ‘outstanding’ on every measure. The school is a high school for pupils aged 13-18.
Arrow Vale is an inclusive school where they work together so that all aim high and achieve their very best. Discovery and innovation are at the heart of all that they do.
Learning for each person at Arrow Vale is significantly enhanced by the strengths of our collaborations through the RSA and other partnerships. The school is recognised as an outwardly facing learning community, proactive in partnerships locally, nationally and internationally to ensure we achieve our vision.

Arrow Vale work closely with Ipsley CE RSA Academy as part of the RSA Redditch Academies Trust.

The school celebrated its Annual Awards Evening on the 5 May. Awards included the ‘Achievement and Learning Award’ and ‘RSA Award’. Malcolm Forbes, a RSA Academies Board Member and Peter Redfern, Chair of Governors, presented the certificates to the winners.
