Welcome to our schools
Who are we working with?
The seven schools in the RSA Family of Academies are all in the West Midlands. We are built around principles of democracy and collaboration and see ourselves as a Family. The Family currently comprises one first school, two middle schools, one high school and three secondary schools. Our schools are Arrow Vale RSA Academy, Holyhead School, Ipsley CE RSA Academy, the RSA Academy and Whitley Academy – the two most recent schools joined on 1 January 2016 and are Abbeywood First School and Church Hill Middle School as part of the Redditch RSA Academies Trust.
We are slowly growing
The next phase of growth will focused on developing local multi-academy trusts (MATs) underneath the RSA Academies umbrella, as we have with the four Redditch schools. Read about the plans for growth and our Join the RSA Family of Academies brochure to find out more.
Would you like to work in an RSA academy? We are often on the lookout for special people to work in our schools, please see our vacancies page to see what opportunities are on offer.
Do you work in one of the RSA schools?

"Fostering creative thinking lies at the heart of all great teaching in schools, whether it is at aged 4 or aged 18. In the Central RSA Academies Trust we are developing our curriculum across this age range so that children are challenged and inspired to be creative, whether this be in art, or English, or maths"
Guy Shears, Chief Executive Officer, Central RSA Academies Trust
