Anna joined Ipsley in Year 5 last year.  She instantly decided to join in with life as wholeheartedly as she could and take advantage of all the opportunities that the school could offer her. Anna joined the choir and was soon a successful soloist. As part of the Ipsley choir she was involved in the Disco Inferno performances at Arrow Vale and sang for Princess Anne at the official opening of the school in July 2014.

Anna was voted her by her peers to be a member of the School Council.  She helped with developing the successful school council, represented her class in meetings and helped with School Council events such as providing Christmas dinner for people in the local community.

She regularly attended football club and played in competitive matches. Anna also took part in a rowing competition and was the only Year 5 pupil to take part in a school swimming gala.

While being extremely busy representing the school, Anna continued to work hard, making good progress in lessons, producing excellent work and achieving above average end of year results.  We are very proud of how successful Anna’s first year at Ipsley was and we hope she inspires others to take part in everything that school life at Ipsley has to offer.
